“We recently had a photoshoot of our dog Mabel with Sara, and the photos are absolutely stunning. Sara has the ability to capture a dog’s personality, but also those sweet, meaningful moments that we love so much about Mabel. We would 100% recommend Sara. The photos and prints we received are perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is the number one concern I hear and honestly? It's never a problem. Dogs are in a completely new environment with unfamiliar sounds and lights, so it's natural for them to be a bit excitable or nervous at first. That's why I spend the beginning of every session letting your dog explore, sniff around and get comfortable with me and the studio. We work entirely at their pace and I've got a bag full of tricks, treats, toys, and plenty of patience to capture their personality.

  • Before we meet, we'll talk about what makes them nervous and what helps them feel safe. On the day, there's no rush - they get time to adjust to the studio, we work at their pace, and breaks happen whenever they need them.

  • A photoshoot is about much more than just pictures.

Dogs grow and change so quickly and the moments we love most are often the everyday expressions, quirks and connection you share together right now.

My goal is to create images that feel personal, emotional and timeless — photographs you’ll still treasure years from now.

Every session includes careful planning, a relaxed experience tailored to your dog, professional editing, and artwork designed to last. For many clients, the photographs become some of their most meaningful possessions.

    Typically clients spend around £580-£1200

  • You’re welcome to bring up to 3 dogs from the same household to the studio!

  • I'm calm, patient and know how to work with all types of dogs - from nervous rescues to energetic puppies. I understand their body language, which means I can read what they're feeling and adapt the session to their needs. I have tricks to capture their attention and personality, but more importantly, what makes them special to you.

  • Dogs grow up so fast, and they deserve to be celebrated for the huge part they play in our lives. Professional portraits capture the bond you share and give you tangible artwork to treasure for years to come. Because they are family.

  • You will be warmly invited back for the Viewing and Ordering session is where you see your images for the first time - and it's always emotional. We'll view them together on a color-calibrated screen and you'll be able to handle product samples in person so you can choose with complete confidence. Together, we'll select your favourite photos and explore framing options that suit your home perfectly. There is no obligation to buy anything.
